DEMI LOVATO: IŠTRINKITE SAVO JUODUS KVADRATUS!

Los Angeles. Iš solidarumo George Floyd (†46) ir kitiems policininkų nužudytiems afroamerikiečiams daugybė įžymybių „Instagram“ antradienį (02.06) įkėlė juodą kvadratą su grotažyme #BlackLivesMatter (#JuodosGyvybėsRūpi – liet. k.). Tačiau aktyvistai mano, kad šie kvadratai daro daugiau žalos nei atneša naudos.

Dainininkė Demi Lovato (27) ištrynė savo juodą kvadratą ir parašė: „Nustokite skelbti šiuos juodus kvadratus su žyme #Blacklivesmatter. Jūs cenzūruojate šią grotažymę, o žmonėms reikia informacijos bei atnaujinimų. Ištrinkite juodus kvadratus! (…) Turėtume labiau nei bet kada pasakyti žmonių vardus ir visur skleisti jų veidus“.

Demi Lovato laikėsi šio patarimo ir patalpino foto koliažą, kuriame yra nekaltų nuo policininko ginklo kritusių juodaodžių nuotraukos.
